Cucina Eat is the new restaurant set a stone’s throw from the Champ de Mars and providing healthy and tasty dishes. The Mediterranean-inspired restaurant offers mostly vegetarian dishes, but not only. But one thing is sure, everything is homemade and the menu changes with the seasons.

Inaugurated a few months ago, Cucina Eat is a restaurant that makes us feel at ease. Yazdani Cina (hence the name of the restaurant) is the owner and has decided to open the place because of his passion and providing the cooking he likes, an exotic and healthy cooking, mostly vegetarian but not only as he wants to please everyone. A healthy spirit in a healthy body, this is the motto of the cooking he serves.

On the spot, we discover a charming restaurant which decoration is mostly made of recovered materials. Everything has been bargain-hunted and some elements remind the owner’s farming background.

On the menu, we have a simple yet flavorful cooking changing depending on the seasons and the market. The day we came, we discovered the exquisite Burrata Publia with grilled vegetables and truffle cream, and the tasty avocado toast based on craft brioche by the local baker, and runny egg.

Moving on to mains, we’re delighted by the wild risotto with king shrimps and the ravioli with truffle cream. Included in the bestsellers, we also have the vegetarian burger which even the patty is homemade.

We wrap up the meal with a soft touch like the French toast and the red berry tiramisu.
