Giorgio is the name of the 100% Italian gourmet address created by Gruppo Dalmata. Join us in Paris's 11th arrondissement to get to know this new spot and experience a space-time journey as festive as it is gourmet.

Who doesn't know the delicious pizzas signed Dalmata ? In 2018, in Paris' 2nd arrondissement, this pink restaurant opened its doors, quickly satisfying the taste buds of many lovers of Italian flavors.

The secret? A wood-fired oven, directly imported from Naples, from which emerge incredible pizze, both airy and tasty, and topped with quality products - organic, Slow Food, IGP or DOP.

In the summer of 2021, Gruppo Dalmata is creating a stir with the opening of its second Paris establishment. Named Giorgio, this new restaurant in the 11th arrondissement can accommodate up to 90 diners in the dining room and 40 on its lovely shaded terrace; Julien Bouaziz has pulled out all the stops!

Even pinker and resolutely more disco, Giorgio offers gourmets a festive and truly gourmet space-time journey, thanks to its decor inspired by retro-futurism, Italo disco and 70's Californian glamour.

On the food side, there are two Neapolitan wood-fired ovens for even more delicious pizzas, like the Rose Panther (17€), with fior di latte mozzarella, mortadella, pistachio cream and, most surprisingly, pistachio praline. For lovers of sweet and savory flavors!

But Giorgio, unlike its big sister Dalmata, also offers a number of starters to share: some barely processed, highlighting the quality of Giorgio's sourcing - ultra-creamy mozzarella di Buffala, bresaola, smoked stracciatella, prosciutto; as well as other hot, more cooked starters that blew us away.

For example, we fell in love with the melting red tuna tataki (€12), served with candied Datterini tomatoes. It's worth noting that Giorgio buys his fish on a daily basis, as and when the fishermen call the team to let them know about a particular catch. It couldn't be more responsible!

We also recommend the fried polenta with bolognese ragù (9€), the excellent vitello tonnato cooked at low temperature (14€), and above all the large fried dumpling of shredded beef (8€), to be dipped in a spicy bell pepper cream. We'd have loved to try the fried burrata, but it was a victim of its own success and no longer available on the à la carte menu. We'll be back to try it when the time comes!

Naturally, we can't resist the temptation to indulge in a cocktail created by the Dalmata team's own mixologists. The rhubarb and basil cocktails are particularly refreshing and well-balanced.

For the main courses, in addition to the Rose Panther pizza, we opt for a most original dish: lasagne assembled minute (17€) and topped with a generous parmesan cream; and for a dish a little less Italian than the others: pork ribs caramelized with balsamic and Sicilian blood oranges, which we would have liked to have slightly more Italian flavor.

We're telling you right now: don't skip out on the desserts, or you might miss out on this incredible Pistachou (12€), a huge crunchy chou filled with pistachio ice cream turbinated on the spot (!); or the Capucci (8€), a liquid, iced tiramisu presented in a coffee cup!
