The chef who was recognized as the first Japanese culinary master to receive the coveted two Michelin stars from the French guide is about to open his own restaurant next autumn. Located in the very fashionable 16th arrondissement of Paris, just a few doors down from his former address at L'Astrance, this new venture marks an exciting chapter in his culinary journey.
In partnership with the renowned architecture firm Kengo Kuma and Associates, the 46-year-old chef has meticulously designed this gastronomic restaurant.
