La Réserve Paris unveils its "Tradition Palace" Sunday menu

Every Sunday, La Réserve Paris invites us to relax with a menu designed by three-starred chef Jérôme Banctel. The selection features emblematic traditional dishes that evoke the charm of Sundays with family and friends. We'll be lounging in the cosy armchairs of the Pagode de Cos or in those of the sublime Bibliothèque.

Among the dishes on offer are such staples as the Club Sandwich, available in poultry or avocado versions, the Saumon Fumé Maison with raw cream and dill, the carpaccio de bar citronné or the Salade César with grilled poultry supreme. Here, you can choose dishes from the à la carte menu to create your own Sunday menu.

For a convivial moment, the menu offers dishes prepared at the table, like the generous Roast Poultry with Herbs, served in two courses for two people, or Sole Meunière, accompanied by melting mashed potatoes. We also love the famous steak tartare, prepared right in front of us and rich in flavor.

Those with a sweet tooth won't be outdone by the sweet creations of pastry chef Jordan Talbot, such as the vanilla-flavored Rice pudding we just loved, or the Mousse au Chocolat grand cru, which is as melting as it is crunchy.
