For his new Paschal creation, and after “Piou-Piou”, then the "Lapin de Pâques" Yann Brys – head of sweet creation at Evok Hôtels Collection and Meilleur Ouvrier de France, designed a more classic creation this year since it's an Easter chocolate candy box.
As for the composition, Yann Brys bet on 46% Republican Dominican milk chooclate. Once open in two, the candy box unveils little treats - praline, marshmallows and other ganache!
