For Easter 2019, Le Gabriel restaurant pastry chef Adrien Salavert came up with a luxury and mysterious Easter egg for La Réserve Paris, Hôtel & Spa.
Under a beautiful red shell made of pure origin chocolate, as a nod to the huge lacquered door of the hotel, Adrien Salavert hide – behind a small door opening with a real-life chocolate key – many surprises.
Inside, once the key unlocked the door, children will be delighted to discover a multitude of small eggs made of different chocolates. It required lots of know-how and finesse to end up with an Easter egg this chic and creative!
