Beaupassage is an exceptional venue combining gastronomy, art, plants and well-being in the heart of Paris's 7th arrondissement. From Yannick Alleno's restaurant and wine cellar to Anne-Sophie Pic's Daily Pic, Pierre Hermé's gourmet salon, Thierry Marx's bakery, Olivier Bellin's seafood street food and the Barthélémy cheese shop, you'll love wandering around and spending time here!

Beaupassage is the food and wellness temple that arrived in Paris in 2018. Initiated by real estate group Emerige, this spot is located in the passageway that connects rue de Grenelle, rue du Bac and boulevard Raspail. Instead of creating a private residence of 60 apartments, Emerige decided to turn the 10,000 m² inner courtyard into a shopping mall with planted areas and beautiful living spaces!

Beaupassage is defined as a place for strolling, an open-air passageway that invites walkers and the curious to enjoy a gentle interlude away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Artworks and installations, tree-lined and planted spaces, well-being and gourmet delights are the ingredients of this new place that we can't wait to discover.

This new place for strolling is a showcase for culinary arts and crafts and well-being. If you're a discerning gourmet in search of the good and the beautiful, you're in for a treat.

L'Allénothèque - Open terrace
Within the grounds of Beaupassage, Yannick Alléno and his wife Laurence have created a chic, original, convivial, open-plan, cross-disciplinary and demanding space, brilliantly combining a restaurant, a wine cellar and an art gallery on three levels. The 550 m2 restaurant offers 50 diners exceptional cuisine with a view of the kitchen, 60 on the terrace and 10 at the chef's table, whilethe underground wine cellar houses almost 700 French and foreign wines. The idea is to select one or more bottles to take away with you, or to enjoy immediately in the restaurant. And every month, a handful of wine enthusiasts can take part in masterclasses on oenology!

Champion Spirit's credo? To bring a love of sport to those who have never played it before! And that's no mean feat. World champion and top-level physical trainer, Abdoulaye Fadiga is a recognized figure in performance training in France and abroad. He opens his 3rd spot at Beaupassage. The lower level will feature a body-building platform, an approved boxing ring and an athletics track. On the first floor: a social club pierced by a Richard Orlinsky sculptural fist, a concept store, a coffee & muesli bar in the morning, a sauna, and finally, a treatment room with personalized Biologique Recherche cabins. Upstairs, there's a yoga studio, pilates, sword and fencing classes. Here you'll find the very best of the INSEP (Institut National du sport, de l'expertise et de la performance) sports medicine teams.

Pierre Hermé, the world's leading pastry chef, has opened his first café at Beaupassage. The café, designed by Laura Gonzales, will also feature a terrace. You'll love this new temple to gourmet delights, combining a boudoir with a large central bar. Open from morning to night, you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, a snack or an aperitif. Enjoy Ispahan croissants, tasty croque-monsieur or the famous macaroons galore.

A Thierry Marx bakery - Terrace open
Thierry Marx opens his second bakery in Beaupassage, after the one on Rue Laborde. In this place, you don't just come to buy a baguette: you adhere to an ethic, a program. The flour is organic, the growers and millers are carefully selected, and the dough is made the old-fashioned way. In fact, the house's emblematic baguette is called "La Loyale". Loyalty to customers, suppliers and employees: a fundamental conviction of Thierry Marx. More than a price, this baguette has value. Viennoiseries, pastries and street food will be on the menu of this new spot for gourmet breaks.

Daily Pic is the gourmet canteen of Anne Sophie Pic, the famous (and only) French chef with 3 Michelin stars. This spot is all about eating well every day. An artisan of fast casual, Anne-Sophie Pic is constantly changing her offering. Menus featuring classic, creative and plant-based dishes move with the seasons, the days and the desires: the essential being to eat well every day. Already some iconic dishes like marinated pink shrimp, Granny Smith apple and celery, Royan ravioli with Roquefort and spinach, or saithe with Madras curry, coconut and venerated rice. These same glass jars are also used for sweet dishes, which explore the world of gourmet delights.

Mersea, seafood street food restaurant - Open terrace
Two-starred Breton chef Olivier Bellin is opening a seafood street food restaurant. A place that rhymes with freshness, gourmandise and originality. Enjoy, for example, Fish&Chips Dentelle with pearly yellow pollack and light, crunchy breadcrumbs. Table service is available on the terrace and on the second floor, while the first floor features a cocktail tasting counter and gin bar, as well as a delicatessen where you can pick up fresh home-grown seafood or products from collaborations such as MERSEA, a craft beer brewed in Picardy. Every day, the restaurant's menu features not only the aforementioned star dish, but also a dozen or so starters and as many seasonal dishes, such as the M in Black Burger, Cardinal Homard, Club Tataki with tuna, Cod Ceviche and salade de la mer. In the desserts section, you'll find regressive classics like Tonka bean rice pudding, lemon-tomato-basil cream and a homemade nutella waffle.

La Boucherie-Restaurant d'Alexandre Polmard - Open terrace
After opening a shop-restaurant in Paris and then in Nancy, internationally renowned Alexandre Polmard has moved into Beaupassage. Spread over two levels, the space reinvents the one in Nancy: a butcher's store for all fresh and/or hibernated meats and charcuterie on the first floor, with hibernation display cabinets and a glass drying room, and a restaurant on the second floor with a 90% beef menu. Downstairs, famous Italian tartars, with ginger or 2Polmard, the mythical côte de boeuf, beef sausages and rillettes, pâtés de campagne, festive terrines. Upstairs, you'll find rare meats to sink your teeth into.

%Arabica, roaster and specialty coffee bar from Junichi Ymaguchi
%ARABICA is the Japanese specialty coffee bar brand represented by Junichi Yamaguchi, artisan barista and Latte Art world champion. In this 100 m2 tasting room designed by Japanese architecture studio Onndo, plus a 55 m2 terrace, you can enjoy unique specialty coffees from the best South American and African terroirs. A veritable temple of coffee, it's a friendly, uncluttered experiential space, providing a serene interlude from the hustle and bustle of the city, like a Kyoto ryokan.

Right next door, Le Fromagerie Barthelémy
Paris's most illustrious cheesemaker is one of the supporters of the Beaupassage project. For nearly fifty years, the House of Barthélémy has been scouring the French countryside, bringing back the finest farmhouse cheeses, from Tarn goats, to be enjoyed in high summer, to old Salers Cantal and Alpine Beaufort, not forgetting the famous Vacherin Mont-d'Or in winter, to be spoon-fed, Camembert with Calvados, Saint-Marcellin with grape marc, Gaperon with garlic and airy Fontainebleau. Just a few minutes from Beaupassage, Fromagerie Barthelémy will delight your taste buds.

We got a sneak preview of the place, and it's pretty amazing. You're cut off from the world, a little like in a sunny paradise where gastronomy and gourmet delights are king (although you'll need a good wallet and a good appetite to get the most out of it).

Beaupassage is a reflection of French gastronomy, both generous and qualitative. Every talent is represented, from the top chef to the butcher or cheesemonger, to offer us only the very best.

All we have to do now is wait for the grand opening!
