“One can find Paris at La Samaritaine”, the department store’s famous slogan is more relevant than ever since Le Tout Paris is a French brasserie with unobstructed views, open on the 7th floor of Cheval Blanc Paris. The luxury hotel – opening from September 7, 2021 – covers the Seine part of the Samaritaine since it has been renovated.
Le Tout-Paris includes 3 different spaces. The bright room with primary colors, takes visitors to a very pop atmosphere, the terrace with unobstructed view on the Seine and Paris most fantastic landmarks, such as the Eiffel Tower or the Notre-Dame de Paris cathedral, and the garden, set in the south, offering a panorama on Paris rooftops.
From breakfast, come into the very heart of this contemporary brasserie with bright colors to discover the sun rising on the Seine, while enjoying French toast, waffles, or even crêpes! Without forgetting the traditional Sunday morning brunch. There is nothing better to get your load of energy and start the days off the right foot.
For lunch and for dinner, the chef serves dishes to share, including revisited traditional dishes. For instance, enjoy the “Gratinée des halles façon Tout-Paris” (€18), modernized onion soup, covered in puff pastry with Mornay crust. As for desserts, sweet-toothed foodies are not left out and can rely on pastry chef Maxime Frédéric to end the meal on a merry and sweet note.
Last but not least, at nightfall, enjoy the sunset while sipping a delicious cocktail shaken by barman chef Florian Thireau. Unlike Limbar set on the ground floor – aiming at being a genuine experience – Le Tout-Paris serves classic but revisited cocktails. Enjoy the traditional Expresso Martini, Spritz, or Negroni, but every time with a signature ingredient you can find nowhere else.
Le Tout-Paris signature cocktail is a white mix based on Moscato d’Asti with apricot, orange blossom and vanilla hints, served in a champagne flute. Ideal to enjoy a romantic night or a night-out with friends.
