Discover Galettes des Rois 2024 in Paris, reinvented by Chambelland bakery, available from this December 27, 2023. The gourmet experience includes unique, organic, gluten-free creations and never-before-seen surprises. Whether you're intolerant or not, there's something for everyone.

Chambelland bakery, renowned for its innovative approach to organic and gluten-free baking, has come up with some beautiful creations for this Epiphany 2024. The delicious carreau des rois and the vegan couronne des reines are at the heart of this gourmet celebration. Available from December 27, 2023, these creations offer a gourmet experience rich in flavors and textures.

The carreau des rois comes in two versions. The first, a timeless classic, is made with homemade almond paste, a hint of rum, and evokes a light frangipane. The second, Carreau des rois noisettes, pays homage to the pastry chef's Italian origins, combining hazelnuts, lemon zest and a hint of gourmandise. Count 39 € for 6 people and 5 € for an individual slice.

La couronne des reines, a vegan novelty, is inspired by Provençal brioche. It is distinguished by its soft texture, enriched with candied fruit and lemon syrup. The composition features rice flour, margarine and an assortment of candied fruits. Expect to pay €32 for 6 people, €4 for an individual slice.

A distinctive feature this year is the introduction of exclusive beans created by ceramist Audrey Giacomini. These porcelain beans, adorned with blue motifs, come together to form the Chambelland logo. The bakery has also hidden gold beans in its cakes, adding a touch of magic to the tradition.

Chambelland doesn't limit itself to these seasonal creations. Since opening in 2014, the bakery has established itself as a complete ecosystem dedicated to gluten-free. With a commitment to quality and sustainability, the house has developed its own Japonica rice supply chain, grown in Italy. Their mill in Malijai (Haute Provence) ensures total control of the process, from cultivation to manufacturing.

In addition to breads, Chambelland offers pastries, a selection of delicatessen products, and even a catering area for breakfasts and lunches. Its addresses in Oberkampf and Batignolles are a must for lovers of gluten-free treats.

In short, Chambelland continues to redefine the standards of organic and gluten-free bakery. Its galettes des rois and crowns des reines are not just delights for the intolerant, they symbolize a deep commitment to craftsmanship, quality, and respect for everyone's dietary choices.
