In the Prince of Wales' Galette des Rois 2025, designed for 6 to 8 guests, a crisp, lightly caramelized puff pastry envelops a frangipane cream twisted with roasted green tea from Jugetsudo, a Japanese tea house. The combination of melting almonds and the woody, delicately scented notes of tea makes for a subtle and originaltasting experience, without sacrificing gourmandise.



Chef Kerloguen's limited edition Galette des Rois is available to order until January 30, 2025, for collection at the hotel between January 2 and 31, 2025.
