Every year, it's the same story: stars, journalists and film buffs bask in the Cannes sunshine, while the vast majority of moviegoers in Paris wait patiently for the official competition and parallel selections to arrive in cinemas.
Once again this year, the anticipation is all the greater for the fact that the selection has divided the professionals on site, some of whom have adored works that others have loathed, and vice versa. So it's up to you to make up your own mind about the official selection of the Cannes Film Festival 2025!
Fortunately, a handful of events are striving to bring the atmosphere and discoveries of the Cannes Film Festival to Parisians... Among them, the now-famous Cannes à Paris, which unveils previews of films in the official selection. Head to the MK2 Bibliothèque from May 24 to 29, 2025!
