Ritz Paris Le Comptoir is François Perret's signature patisserie and tea room, now available on rue Cambon and rue de Sèvres. Two Parisian addresses to indulge in a chic and generous sweet interlude, between elongated croissants, madeleines, original éclairs and pastry drinks.
We've already heard of Ritz Paris Le Comptoir at 38 rue Cambon, a refined place in the heart of the 1st arrondissement, set up in place of the palace's former bar. In the morning, you'll be tempted by the breakfast formula, with a hot drink and freshly baked viennoiserie, or later to indulge in a gourmet madeleine, a cheesecake for two, a marble cake or a plump cookie.
Inside, settle into the luminous tea room, under arches inspired by Place Vendôme, to enjoy the Chef's sweets in a calm, chic atmosphere, punctuated by Bohemian crystal lighting. A grocery corner also offers wines, scented candles and François Perret aprons, perfect for a lovely gift.
But the big news is the opening of a second address on June 2, 2025, this time on the Left Bank, at 45 rue de Sèvres, just opposite Le Bon Marché. A boutique in a different setting, that of the Paris of letters, residential and elegant. The same exacting standards, the same gourmet delights: you'll find the house's great classics - long viennoiseries, Mille-feuille-To-Go, César sandwiches, sparkling drinks - plus a few exclusives.
François Perret's iconic creations continue to be on display at these two addresses. You won't want to miss his trompe-l'œil marble cake, with its subtle play on shapes and surprising tasting. Another sweet curiosity is his tablette de riz au lait, a childhood dessert revisited like a jewel, halfway between confectionery and pastry.
And then there are his dessert drinks, hot or cold, with ultra-gourmet textures: creamy mousses, fruit or chocolate flavors, to be drunk as if you were biting into a liquid pastry. Creations that extend the pleasure beyond the shop window, and which have made his counter so original.
To mark the opening on rue de Sèvres, François Perret has also designed a collection of trompe-l'œil eclairs, including a new coffee eclair, exclusive to this boutique. A delicacy designed to accompany the first coffee blend signed Ritz Paris Le Comptoir, created in collaboration with the Lomi house, for a blend with subtle aromas of chocolate, caramel and yellow fruit.
So, let's face it, the prices of these pastries are in the high end. They're a testament to real know-how, creativity and the choice of good products.
In short, why not treat yourself to some exceptional pastries?
