From June 4 to 7, 2026, a pop-up named Sgroppino Bar will set up along the canal Saint-Martin to celebrate one of the cocktails of the summer season in Italy: the sgroppino. Native to the boot, this frozen cocktail made from sorbet, prosecco, and spirits lands on the Paris scene in a reimagined version by several standout figures in the mixology scene of the City of Light.
Based at 98 quai de Jemmapes in the 10th arrondissement, this pop-up bar promises a tasty and festive interlude where cocktails, artisanal ice creams and a sunset over the canal will set the perfect scene for the early summer. For the occasion, Glazed, Paris’s iconic ice cream shop famed for its bold creations, teams up with four renowned venues: Tekés, Sotto, Tiger and Les Bains.
Each of their bartenders has crafted his own take on the sgroppino (€10), which will be offered at each of these bars throughout the month of June:
Two ice cream flavors were crafted especially for the event: a cucumber-rose sorbet and a orange blossom–cocoa ice cream. And good news for visitors: these Glazed creations will be free throughout the weekend!
And because a Parisian aperitif wouldn’t be complete without a spritz, the famous Italian cocktail (8€) will also take center stage, to sip on-site or grab-and-go for a stroll along the canal!
