Michèle, the new healthy spot in the 9th arrondissement

For fans of healthy, organic and wholesome dishes, a new spot has just opened its doors in the 9th arrondissement: Michèle. Michèle is at the helm of this canteen, offering fresh, seasonal and partly organic dishes to eat on the go!

Gone are the days of long, complicated menus; here, the simple menu is renewed every 2 days. Freshness guaranteed!

What's more, everything is cooked on site, with no additives or preservatives, and made almost entirely from organic produce such as quinoa, chickpeas, flour, basmati rice, butter, olive oil, eggs, milk, tofu, feta, honey, chocolate, mushrooms, carrots, beet, black radish, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, linseed, chia seeds... Just like the bread, made with natural sourdough and organic flour!

A few examples of our à la carte dishes?

• Prince de Paris sandwich: Prince de Paris ham with salad and seasonal vegetables (celery-mayonnaise; broccoli-mustard; avocado-mayonnaise with soy sauce; carrot-coriander...).
• Vegetarian sandwich: recipes with guaranteed protein intake (e.g. crottin de Chavignol AOP, olive tapenade, fresh thyme, apple, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, sprouted alfalfa, arugula, organic butter, organic olive oil).
• The Cooked Sandwich: traditional sauce dishes such as blanquette de veau, poulet coco curry, tajine, pot au feu, poulet basquaise, bœuf Stroganoff, poulet à l'estragon...
• The bowl, vegetarian and meat versions, accompanied by a hot dish (flan, brick, samoussa, tartine...)
• Vegetable and/or legumesoup
