Welcome to Berchoux, your next favorite spot for innovative, convivial cuisine in the heart of Paris's 18th arrondissement. This flexitarian canteen, nestled at 16 rue de la Fontaine du But, is an invitation to discover flavors from near and far.

Berchoux offersworld cuisine to enjoy on site or take away, making it a point of honor that everything is homemade, from delicious original dishes to refreshing Bissap and lemonade.

One of the attractions of this establishment is the menu, which changes daily. It's lovingly designed by chef Julie Berchoux, based on the treasures she unearths in the market and from her suppliers, with her rock and roll style in the kitchen and a friendly atmosphere.

Feel free to call and reserve a table at 01 89 43 01 86.

As in a real canteen, here everyone helps themselves to water, cutlery and glasses. Customers are even encouraged to bring their own containers, and are rewarded with a discount.

If you're looking for a must-try, the menu has two constants: the amazing carrot cake, Julie's personal recipe, and the secret sauce on her burger, available with either a potato bun orblack bread.

Julie Berchoux, a chef for 28 years with an impressive Michelin-starred career and a warm personality, has set the tone for this place since it opened more than four years ago. Julie is a passionate Rock 'n' Roll spirit who infuses her cuisine with her joy.

Find out more about Julie in her interview for Girls in Food, wherethe chef talks about her journey as a woman in the world of gourmet cuisine!

Or you can meet her during a discussion on theculinary podcast "Madame la cheffe" with Culinari.
