Dogma, the gourmet fried chicken burger restaurant

Dogma is the name of the new street food counter. It's in the 10th arrondissement of Paris that this new spot has opened its doors. The concept is simple but terribly effective: pay homage to fried chicken in all its forms. The genius behind this daring concept is the duo of Mathieu Grichois and Jordan Robinson, already at the helm of restaurant-wine bar Pompette in the 9th.

Dogma offers a sleek, stylish decor, where concrete and zinc combine to create an authentic atmosphere. Here, fried chicken is king, in tenders or sandwiches to suit all tastes. These dishes can be enjoyed on site, at the counter, or taken away for al fresco dining.

• Tenders by 2 or 3 pieces (10€/14€), beware, they're huge!
• The OG" sandwiches with pickled cabbage, pickles and BBQ sauce (12€/13€),
• El Diablo" sandwiches for those who like their flavors spicy,
• Vegetarian options with a breaded cauliflower patty for non-meat eaters.

As a side dish, you can choose from a selection of gourmet sides: Buttermilk cookie (2€), Smashed potatoes with or without cheese sauce (4€/6€), Onion rings (5€) or Coleslaw (3€).

The secret to Dogma 's success may lie in the solid experience of its chef Jordan Robinson, who has been refining his fried chicken recipe for years. Originally from Toronto, Jordan worked in several renowned restaurants, such as Frenchie and Frenchie To Go, before teaming up with Mathieu Grichois.

It was at Pompette, their first restaurant, that the idea for Dogma was born. Jordan's fried chicken was so popular with customers that they decided to dedicate an entire address to it.
