Rosie Jolie and Bigoudi Brasserie: The (Very) High-Flying Rooftop of Trendy Trocadéro Breweries

Spring has sprung in the capital, and as the days lengthen, Parisians are returning to the terraces that will host their aperitifs and get-togethers with friends for months to come. Once again this year, the capital's terraces and rooftops will be going to great lengths to stand out from the crowd, unveiling atmospheres that will make you travel, and menus of beverages and food that will delight the curious.

In the touristy district of Trocadéro, Les Brasseries à la Mode— already running Brasserie Rosie in Bastille and the Brasserie Rosie Lou near the Grands Boulevards— are preparing to unveil a spectacular new rooftop that is very (very) high up. Named Bigoudi, this new rooftop perched on the 10th floor is set to welcome visitors from Spring 2026, attracting both vacationers passing through and Parisians out for a good time.

Located at 38 avenue Raymond Poincaré, in the 16th arrondissement, the 150-seat venue will boast breathtaking views of the French capital. A rooftop with ariviera ambience, where you can savour Mediterranean cuisine and toast with creative cocktails.
