The Sequoia rooftop of the Kimpton St Honoré Paris becomes the setting for a unique culinary experience with the arrival of Fifi & Charles, the summer residence designed by Philippine Jaillet and Charles Neyers, contestants in the new season of Top Chef. The first couple in the show's history, this tandem, trained both in life and in the kitchen, invites us to take a gastronomic break from the heights, with a bird's-eye view of the Parisian rooftops and a cuisine that is both elegant and generous.
Every Sunday, starting April 6, 2025, for lunch or dinner, the 360° panoramic terrace of the Kimpton St Honoré Paris, already renowned for its breathtaking views of Parisian monuments, becomes the venue for a unique tasting menu, made up of plates to share.
For €95 per person, you can discover a selection of dishes designed for conviviality, with creations imagined by these young chefs with complementary backgrounds: Philippine, who trained at Ferrandi and worked with Pierre Hermé, and Charles, self-taught and instinctive, co-founders of Le Boréal restaurant in the 18th arrondissement.
On the menu are signature dishes from their culinary worlds, such as Cuisse Dauphine, a nod to the dish that helped Philippine stand out in the competition, accompanied by a smoked mayonnaise and poultry jus. Also on the menu are a skewer of smoked oyster mushrooms, playing on textures with reduced juice and mushroom powder, a sashimi of matured and brined fish spiced up with furikake, and a surprising herbed vacherin glacé, awakened by a creamy vinegar sauce. Dishes that respond to each other and tell a story: that of a couple passionate about taste, exploration and sharing.
This culinary residency is by reservation only. Services take place every Sunday from April 6, 2025, at 12:00, 13:30, 19:00 or 20:30, for a duration of 1h30 per table. Cost: 95 euros per person. In case of inclement weather, the experience continues indoors at Montecito, the hotel's chic Californian restaurant.
