Head to Le Bristol’s French formal garden to discover the delicious teatime created by the new pastry chef, Pascal Hainigue.

Are you looking for an exceptional teatime in a verdant setting? Stop and discover Pascal Hainigue’s, recently arrived from Le Burgundy where he already delighted us. Go and have a seat at the Café Antonia or the Jardin Français terrace on sunny days to relax and enjoy good food.

Served on a classic tiered tray, this teatime offers us to start with scone and madeleine to top with cream and jam, and pair with a hot beverage. Then comes an assortment of finger sandwiches for the savory part.

Then come pastries, the part we love the most of course. We love how strong the chocolate éclair is and how delicate it is, and we love the runny raspberry heart in the fresh tartlet.

But the real heart-stopper is the pistachio Paris-Brest. A tasty choux bun perfectly baked, not too dry, not too damp, tasty praline and a mousse as creamy as light, it is so good.

Well, if you still have some room left, the chef also serves a great Opéra cake, and an incredible strawberry tart. Gourmands will not forget either that Pascal Hainigue’s pastries are available at L’Epicerie, to take away to enjoy at home.
