Head to the Jardin Français du Bristol to discover the delicious tea time imagined by its new pastry chef, Pascal Hainigue.

Looking for an exceptional tea time in a cosy, refined setting? If so, stop by Le Bristol. Settle into the Café Antonia, or on the terrace of the Jardin Français in fine weather, to enjoy a divine afternoon tea.

Served on a classic sideboard, this tea time begins with scone and madeleine, topped with cream and jam and accompanied by a hot drink. This is followed by an assortment of finger sandwiches for the savoury side.

Then come the pastries, our obvious favorite part. We love the strength and finesse of the chocolate éclair, and we're crazy about the raspberry heart coulant on the tartelette, fine and fresh.

But our favorite is the pistachio Paris-Brest. A well-made chou that's not dry or soggy, a gourmet praline and a mousse that's as creamy as it is airy, we're in for a real treat.

Well, if you still have a little room, note that the chef also offers a thunderous Opera and a sublime strawberry tart. And don't forget that Pascal Hainigue 's pastries are also available to take home .
