After A Noste, in the 2nd arrondissement, Chef Julien Duboué has decided to set up his new baby in the 18th arrondissement of Paris.
Baptised B.O.U.L.O.M - anagram for " Boulangerie où l'on mange " - the establishment is sure to surprise... And with good reason: the former Top Chef contestant offers 3 concepts in a single location, starting with a bakery where you can find a whole range of viennoiseries, pastries and breads made with a population of organic ancient wheat.
At the end of the corridor, a surprise is unveiled: B.O.U.L.O.M, the restaurant where the all-you-can-eat buffet concept appeals to many. But beware: Chef Julien Duboué is attentive to waste and points out that, if a customer leaves any leftovers on his plate, they will be billed at 2 euros per 100 g.
What's on the menu? Cold, hot, sweet, savory... concocted with Mathieu Robillard and Hervé Dober, all accompanied by fine glasses of wine.
When it comes to products, Chef Julien Duboué is banking on quality, working with a number of reputed artisans such as Ospital charcuterie, Joël Dupuch oysters, Michel Pouzol meats from Boucherie Basque, Barthouil ducks....
Boulom also hides a cocktail bar... it's up to you to find it!
