RAS is the new address for gourmands crazy about street cultures in Paris! After opening their cocktail bar FAT, Willy, Térence and Kevin do it again with a street food restaurant a stone’s throw from the Place de la République.

RAS is the new restaurant in the Faubourg du Temple area where hip hop culture and street food from all over the world are given pride of place. Here, one enjoys dishes inspired by the world’s street food with RnB, hip hop, Old School and New School music in the background thoroughly selected by the FAT team.

Dishes are inspired by the greatest street food classics and revisited with a French twist thanks to quality ingredients, the Fish moi la paix twists the fish and chips with pollock fillet and parmesan fried sweet potato with smoked chili pepper mayonnaise while the Paname Fried Chicken updates the traditional fried chicken with maple syrup glaze carrots and homemade ketchup.

As for the atmosphere, the service is just as warm as relaxed and the clean décor plays with industrial and urban codes: open-plan kitchen, tiled counter, waxed concrete… As soon as sunny days are here, let’s enjoy the large terrace to sip some draft beer or one of the four signature cocktails by the glass or the bottle to share. Honorable mention to the Altaï based on vodka, pear liquor, Elderflower, lime and tabasco, so good!
