After Chez Minnà, L'Alivi and Alma, Saveriu Cacciari presents his new Parisian restaurant. Named Pépita, this new restaurant in the capital's 5th arrondissement offers Mediterranean flavors that are sure to tantalize your taste buds!

Ever heard ofPépita? It's new, and a must-see! Behind the restaurant is Saveriu Cacciari, already at the helm of Chez Minnà in the 10th arrondissement, L'Alivi in the 4th arrondissement, and the latest addition, Alma, in the 2nd arrondissement. To bring this project to fruition, Saveriu is not alone: he has chosen to team up with his accomplice from Chez Minnà, Thibault Lussignol.

Behind the50-cover laterrasse is a beautiful interior space, sublimely decorated by theDOD agency (Alma, Bouillon Pigalle, Uno, Triplettes, Combat) founded by David-Olivier Descombes. We love the plant ceiling blended with warm materials and raw, recycled wood. The best part? A 40-cover private dining area in the basement.

As for the menu, it takes us on a journey with exquisite, joyful Mediterranean flavors imagined by young chef Julien Bonci. To enhance her recipes, Pépita relies above all on meticulously sourced, traced, natural and organic produce wherever possible. This choice is evident from the starters : Organic Dop Burrata, homemade gazpacho with tapenade and basil, truffle ham, homemade beef cecina... A word of advice: let yourself be tempted by the famous and unavoidable Pata Negra 100% bellota, melt-in-your-mouth delicious. A pure delight, to share or not!

How about some pizze next? I fell head over heels for the Pépita, with its crème fraîche, truffle ham, rocket and stracciatella, not forgetting roasted pistachios for crunch. A great success, both original and gourmet, which seems to have won over the taste buds of the other customers that evening too.

For the rest, you can choose between classics such as Margherita, the four-cheese Margherita (gorgonzola PDO, taleggio PDO, mozzarella fior di latte, smoked scarmozza) or the delicious Parma with tomato sauce, Parma ham PDO, burrata, Parmesan PDO and arugula, of course. For the rest of us, discover Speckita (tomato sauce, mozzarella fior di latte, IGP speck, tomato confit and pesto).

But Pépita doesn't just make pizzas, it also makes salads, notably the Pepita Bowl ( red and white quinoa, bulgur, roasted sweet potato, pomegranate, hummus, Taggiasca olives, white basil & lemon sauce) or the Césarita ( Romaine salad, crispy chicken, cherry tomatoes, red onions, croutons, parmesan & basil sauce). Finally, while we wait for the menu to grow even richer, with pasta dishes and octopus to come, Pépita also makes Focaccia sandwiches; vegetarian, with truffles, or with mortadella... the hardest part will be choosing!

Are you an incorrigible sweet tooth? Pépita will amaze you with her succulent homemade organic coffee tiramisu! Airy and gourmet, it's a must-have to finish your meal in style. Alternatively, make way for our red fruit Panna Cotta.

And to accompany all these tasty dishes, Pépita offers a fine wine list (particularly organic and natural) from all over the Mediterranean, such as the surprisingly succulent organic"Néro d'Avola" from Sicily. Also on the menu? Beer, detox"minute" juices and original house cocktails, such as the"Kanela", a skilful beverage perfectly balanced between cinnamon liqueur, lemon, apple juice and herbal syrup.
