A note for insiders and wanderers chasing a touch of Parisian dolce vita: La Rôtisserie d’Argent is back at it… and its sunny terrace is ready for summer. On the Quai de la Tournelle (Paris 5e), just steps from the legendary Tour d’Argent, red-and-white checkered cloths are back as the city winks at summer with unmistakable charm. Postcard-perfect views of the Seine and Notre-Dame, towering white parasols, and light dancing on the water… the setting is laid out, and it’s utterly irresistible.
From April 28, this terrace will be a hot spot for the spring-summer 2026 season. Open every day, from noon to night, it embodies a light, unmistakably French art of living. At lunch, the sun accompanies lively conversations. At dinner, Paris slows down, the sky turns rosy, and the moment lingers.
In the kitchen, chef Romuald Sinnan grills the French tradition and gives it a polished, modern twist. Trained in both cuisine and pastry, with stints at the Fitzgerald and Les Chèvres, he aims to rework the house’s great classics with precision and generosity, never betraying the heritage.
To toast, the Marguerite (€16) leans into freshness: Gin Belle Rives, Élixir de Combier, Acqua di Cedra by Nardini, and Bourgoin verjus come together in a sparkling cocktail for a light, sunny aperitif. On the wine side, Victor Gonzalez, the head sommelier at La Tour d’Argent, hand-picks every bottle to achieve the perfect pairing of dishes, wines... and terrace.
Here, the terrace is as much about the experience as it is about the flavors.
