Over two weekends—the 28 and 29 March, then the 4, 5 and 6 April 2026—visitors and residents are invited to explore a range of cacao-focused experiences. Between the lobby and the Pimpan restaurant, a free exhibition presents the Easter 2026 collection, showcasing the chocolate pieces in a display that traces the cacao’s journey from bean to bar.
On Saturdays and Sundays from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., the experience continues with on-site chocolate tastings and sales, turning contemplation into temptation.
The weekend of April 5 and 6, kids and adults alike can join a chocolate treasure hunt across the hotel's spaces: the lobby, the restaurant, and, if the weather allows, the rooftop. This hunt unfolds as part of the Easter brunch at Pimpan restaurant.
For the occasion, chef Clément Courtemanche unveils a 49€ Easter menu, offered on Sunday, April 5 from 12:00 to 14:30 as a single menu, then on Monday, April 6 at lunch as a supplement to the regular menu:
To extend the tasting experience, golden tickets will be hidden in several spots: some during lunch at Boutique Pimpan, others in the chocolatier’s shop on Rue du Cherche-Midi. The prize for the lucky discoverers: a complimentary lunch at the Hôtel Dame des Arts and an exclusive tour of the laboratory to see how the treats are made behind the scenes.
