With the Ritz patisserie, there are no limits to creation for the chef, who is delighted to be able to give free rein to his imagination and offer a whole range of gourmet dishes.
The Ritz Paris celebrates Easter 2025 under the banner of elegance and refinement with creations by François Perret. In homage to Auguste Escoffier, L'Œuf Toqué is distinguished by its unique shape: an egg in 70% dark Venezuelan chocolate, married with white chocolate and topped with a vanilla marshmallow and hazelnut praline sublimated by crunchy chips and a hint of fleur de sel. Set on a golden base, it is topped with an immaculate toque of powdered sugar, a nod to the first Chef of the Ritz kitchens.
Alongside this majestic egg, François Perret has created MAD'POULE, MAD'LAPIN and MAD'POISSON, delicacies with playful shapes and intense flavors. These delicately crafted chocolates reveal melting and crunchy textures, playing on the balance of aromas for an unforgettable tasting experience.
These limited-edition creations will be available in stores from March 28, 2025, and for pre-order from March 21, 2025, on the official Ritz Paris Le Comptoir website. A unique opportunity to celebrate Easter with elegance and gourmandise in the heart of Paris. As you might expect, madeleines and Easter cakes are also part of this year's line-up.
As an added bonus, we've also added Madeleine chocolate molds, madeleine-shaped shells in dark chocolate on the one hand, topped with a generous hazelnut praline, and white chocolate shells, topped with decadent coconut praline.
