Located in the heart of Paris, Kind Yoga brings together a yoga studio open to all levels and a friendly coffee shop. Conceived as a space of global well-being, the place offers a gentle and inclusive approach to the practice, in a warm and luminous setting. Whether you come for a vinyasa class, a moment of conscious breathing or simply to enjoy a matcha after your session, Kind Yoga invites you to slow down and take care of yourself.
We had the opportunity to try out a Vinyasa I class, a session accessible to beginners as well as more experienced practitioners looking for a gentle rhythm. Vinyasa is a dynamic style of yoga that links movement to breath, in a fluid sequence of postures synchronized with inhalation and exhalation, creating a practice that is both physical and meditative.
For an hour, guided by the calm voice of our coach, we follow slow movements and precise postures, while adjusting our breathing. Contrary to some preconceived ideas, yoga really does mobilize the muscles: many postures involve the body in depth and can be quite demanding.
After the session, the studio's coffee shop offers a welcome break: an opportunity to enjoy a hot drink, discuss your practice or simply prolong the state of relaxation in a welcoming setting.
