Every Thursday evening, until 10pm, the Musée du quai Branly - Jacques Chirac welcomes you for a nocturne through its permanent collections from around the world and its temporary exhibitions.

It's hard to find a quiet moment during the week to visit one of the capital's many museums! Fortunately, they often offer evening visits, and the Musée du quai Branly - Jacques Chirac in particular, on Thursday evenings, allows you to explore its collections in a quieter atmosphere, far from the usual daytime hustle and bustle, just a stone's throw from the Eiffel Tower.

Inaugurated in 2006, the Musée du Quai Branly - designed by architect Jean Nouvel - is dedicated to the arts and civilizations of Africa, Asia, Oceania and the Americas, and boasts a remarkable ethnographic collection of objects, photographs and documents from all over the world. With almost 370,000 objects, it is one of Europe's richest institutions in its field, and often organizes concerts, workshops and special tours.
