It’s official: Disney Adventure World has opened its doors at Disneyland Paris on March 29, 2026. The park, now replacing the Walt Disney Studios, steps into a new era with a refreshed identity, new lands, new attractions, and the long-awaited opening of the Frozen Zone. A major transformation for the resort’s second park.
With this opening, the resort’s second park reveals its new face at last—a culmination of years of work and a broad expansion plan to reinvent itself around the major franchises Disney, Pixar, and Marvel. Following the 2022 debut of Avengers Campus and the revamped World of Pixar zone, this new phase marks a genuine turning point in the park’s history.
"To drive this transformation, reimagining more than 90% of Walt Disney Studios Park since it opened in 2002, we are thrilled to unveil a fresh creative vision that will give our second park a whole new identity," explained Natacha Rafalski, President of Disneyland Paris, at a press briefing on April 12, 2025. And she added: "Visitors will enjoy an unprecedented experience that celebrates the magic and emotion of our biggest franchises by stepping into worlds more true-to-life than ever before. This creative evolution has led us to rename the park, signaling the start of a new chapter in the story of Disneyland Paris".
What can you find there in these zones? Everything that already exists, namely World Premiere, the Theatre District, Avengers Campus, The Tower of Terror, and all the areas around Disney and Pixar films (Ratatouille, Toy Story, Cars, etc.). In addition, there’s the Frozen zone, which opens on March 29, 2026 in tandem with the park’s renaming, as well as Adventure Way and Adventure Bay, Rapunzel Tangled Spin, the The Regal View restaurant and various gardens (English-style, featuring Peter Pan, 101 Dalmatians and Winnie the Pooh, plus another around Toy Story).
