Yes, to celebrate this opening, the first on the left bank, the Camion qui Fume unveils a new and highly exciting recipe: the smash burger (11€).
You don't know what a smash burger is? Let us explain and make your mouth water. Crispy on the outside, juicy and tasty on the inside, the ground Normandy beef issmashed directly onto the plate and cooked in a flash, just long enough to caramelize for maximum flavor. It is accompanied by a maximum offresh ingredients in a soft and light potatoe bun made from day to day in the Paris region.
And if you like dripping cheese, then go for the cheese smash burger (10€), an even more foodporn version. To be accompanied by a good dose of crispy fries, of course!
