Christmas trees, vintage cable cars and ski lifts, smoking braziers, antique skis, and alpine accessories create a mountain village on a grand scale. Inside, wood, a crackling fireplace, and cozy materials evoke the ambiance of high-altitude mountain huts, perfect for long winter evenings.
On the culinary front, Chez Monix showcases a winter menu thoughtfully crafted by Danny Khezzar, a chef beloved by the public and a former finalist on Top Chef. He puts a creative spin on some of the great classics of mountain cuisine, focusing on dishes like fondue, rösti, veal sausages, and grilled specialties, all served in a warm, friendly, and generous atmosphere.
