Here they celebrate the great Milanese classics: vitello tonnato, cotoletta alla Milanese, risotto and osso buco, but also Italian staples subtly twisted by America and a few Parisian signatures like beef carpaccio. A generous, comforting cuisine, executed with precision by Chef Oliviero Umberto Amedeo Borgna. At the bar, cocktails are masterfully shaken while the finest Italian vintages accompany the Milanese essentials.
Open from morning till night, Sant Ambroeus Paris carries on the Milanese café tradition with a classic coffee. Here you can enjoy espresso, cappuccino, cornetti, paninis, creamy pastries and iconic desserts, dine-in or take-away. The spot becomes the ultimate haven for a stylish coffee break as well as a dinner that lingers.
The design by Fabrizio Casiraghi tells of a meeting between Milanese heritage and Parisian flair: warm woodwork, black-and-white mosaic, plush velvet, and sculptural lighting. And by the bar, stained-glass reliefs in color celebrate Milan and New York, a nod to the house’s cosmopolitan spirit.
