The five-star Les Jardins du Faubourg hotel unveils its brand-new Italian restaurant, Il Giardino, as the sun finally sets in the capital. Heading up the kitchen is chef Davide Pecorella, who has worked in prestigious establishments such as Georges and Georges V. This is his first personal menu, with dishes that reflect his personality and products from his native Italy.
