Beneath an irresistibly crunchy golden crust, topped with a white chocolate plaque painted in gray, and adorned with a white Dior chocolate label, the flavor is a delightful play of textures: a generous almond filling with citrus notes—orange and yellow lemon—infused with Tahitian vanilla and a hint of fleur de sel. This is perfectly complemented by the finesse of a flawless puff pastry, dancing on the palate. Note: With the layer of white chocolate, this galette may end up quite sweet.

The white chocolate plaque appears to be removable, so if you want to warm up your galette, it's best to take it off to protect the presentation and maintain the crispness of the pastry.

Available exclusively at the Jardin du 30 Montaigne, for 85€, the Galette des Rois 2026 offers a delectable tradition to indulge in—a perfect moment of celebration crafted by Dior.
