Looking for an all-you-can-eat Japanese restaurant in Paris that breaks away from the usual buffet setup? Japanese all-you-can-eat in Paris that’s anything but standard? Sushi Mina welcomes sushi lovers with sushi, maki, gyoza and skewers at 8 rue de la Grange-Batelière, in the 9th arrondissement, in the heart of the Grands Boulevards district. Open from Tuesday to Sunday for lunch and dinner, the venue offers an all-you-can-eat option with tablet ordering and dishes prepared to order, then served directly to your table.
The concept of Sushi Mina rests on a simple idea: reclaim the freedom of an all-you-can-eat restaurant while preserving the comfort of table service. Every guest orders from a tablet, with dishes prepared to order and then brought to the table, just like a Japanese à la carte dining experience.
The套餐 allows up to 20 rounds of ordering, with five dishes per round per person. This format lets you build your meal step by step, share a variety of plates, and sample different Japanese specialties without the need to wander around like at an all-you-can-eat buffet.
The menu spotlights several Japanese specialties and indulgent dishes. Diners can notably order the California Signature, the crispy fried hosomaki, the grilled Japanese skewers, the gyozas, the fritters, as well as a selection of makis and sushi.
The menu also includes chirashi, sashimi, California rolls, hosomaki, and signature rolls, offering a mix of raw fish, hot bites, and Japanese rice bowls.
In the evening, the menu also features more elaborate sushi, with richer, more indulgent preparations, such as cream-cheese creations or those with wakame salad.
This option lets diners mix and match according to their appetite: sushi and maki for fans of classic Japanese fare, skewers and hot dumplings for those seeking more variety, or a little of both for a shareable table.
The venue is especially geared toward groups, families, and tables eager to share several dishes in a straightforward setting, with a setup designed to minimize movement and keep service flowing smoothly.
The lunch set menu is offered at €17.95 for adults, €12.90 for children under 1.40 m, and €8.90 for children aged 3 to 7.
In the evening, the dinner option is listed at €23.95 for adults, €15.90 for children under 1.40 m and €8.90 for children aged 3 to 7.
Sushi Mina is open from Tuesday to Sunday. Lunch service runs from 12:00 to 14:30, and dinner service from 19:00 to 22:30. The restaurant is closed on Mondays.
A spot to consider if you're after all-you-can-eat sushi in Paris's 9th arrondissement, near the Grands Boulevards, for a Japanese meal served at the table in an approachable format.
