All’Antico Vinaio opens in Montmartre the world’s largest restaurant.

After debuting in Paris in 2025, All’Antico Vinaio is aiming higher with its second address in the capital. The Florentine institution opens on October 8, 2026 a new restaurant in the 18th arrondissement, just steps from the Moulin Rouge. Presented as "the largest All’Antico Vinaio in the world", the space will span 500 m² across 4 levels.

Founded in Florence in 1991 by the Mazzanti family, All’Antico Vinaio has since grown into an international name. Today it operates more than 60 outlets across Italy, the United States, the United Kingdom, France, the United Arab Emirates, Malta and Australia.

Our second Paris location was designed to bring together several facets of the brand under one roof. It houses a space dedicated to the daily production of the fameuses schiacciate, a counter where they are garnies à la commande, a dining room with table service, and a kitchen devoted to house-made preparations. The large glass facade facing Rue Lepic also lets passersby catch a glimpse of the activity from the outside... and whet their appetites!

The principle remains the one that made All’Antico Vinaio famous: the schiacciata, this Tuscan bread crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, prepared fresh daily on site before being filled to order. The menu naturally highlights Italian products such as pecorino, the sbriciolona florentine scented with fennel seeds, prosciutto di Parma, or the mozzarella di bufala campana.

Among the restaurant’s signature dishes are the Favolosa, featuring sbriciolona crumble, pecorino cream, artichoke cream and lightly spiced eggplants; the Paradiso, a blend of mortadella, stracciatella, pistachio cream and pistachio chunks; and there are also vegetarian and vegan options!
