Every year, the Rendez-vous aux Jardins event offers the perfect opportunity to explore or revisit the stunning heritage of French gardens. To celebrate, the Château de Breteuil will join in the festivities with a day full of activities designed to entertain visitors of all ages and curiosity levels.
If you haven't yet discovered the Château de Breteuil, nestled in the Yvelines, now's the perfect moment to explore it; and the Journées aux Jardins 2024 event seems like the ideal opportunity to do just that!
This historic site, designated as a Monument Historique, is set on a 75-hectare estate overlooking the Chevreuse Valley. Spacious and idyllic, it is bordered by a French formal garden, a labyrinth, and a romantic park. For decades, the château has also been home to wax figures from the Grévin Museum, depicting key moments in French history or scenes from Perrault's fairy tales.
