We've already told you about William Artigue 's elegant chocolate creations. Having trained with Patrick Rogerand Jacques Genin at Cheval Blanc, he has now opened his own address, which celebrates good chocolate. For the summer season, he's reinventing his gourmet morsels in iced versions, both refined and refreshing.
On the menu are three gourmet ice cream sticks:
The whole thing is enrobed in Peru-São Tomé dark chocolate, sourced from Nicolas Berger. The result is an intense, structured ice cream that honors chocolate without excess sugar.
We love the contrasting texture between the silky ice cream, the crunchy nougatine and the crunchy chocolate shell. Perfect for a gourmet stroll along the Canal Saint-Martin, these bite-sized ice creams offer a real moment of chocolatey freshness. If you like good chocolate, you've come to the right place. Count €10 for a decadent eskimo.
The boutique is discreet yet elegant, with a glimpse of the workshop in the background. The menu evolves with the seasons, with the same exacting standards: to make the most of raw produce, sublimate fresh fruit and offer creations with an unmistakable taste.
The chocolate factory is open Monday to Saturday, 11am to 7.30pm (9am on Fridays), and Sunday, 1pm to 6.30pm.
Here's a great address to discover this summer for a treat of glazed sticks!
