Café de la Paix switches to summer mode by offering a lovely selection of ice creams and sorbets. As a matter of fact, young pastry chef Sophie de Bernardi – who arrived this past December – shares her experience in great restaurants and her taste for sweetness while making us discover flavorful and light ice creams.
She called in ice cream maker and master Philippe Faur and his artisanal ice cream lab in South-West France to offer you the best quality.
A cart set at the angle of the terrace allows you to take away ice creams. On the menu, varied sorbets flavors such as white peach, lemon, strawberry, mango and passion and coffee, vanilla, Caribbean chocolate, pistachio and salted butter ice creams.
Count €3 for 1 scoop and €5 for 2 scoops.
If you would rather take your time to have a seat on the terrace, Sophie de Bernardi and chef Laurent André came up with a “frozen” menu with 3 classic and 3 new original recipes.
