As a matter of fact, because of the health crisis in France, gourmets are no longer allowed to help themselves at the unlimited buffet in big dishes everyone shares.
This is why Eugène Eugène teams has come up with a new formula for the brunch: individual portions for cold dishes whether they are savory or sweet.
As for warm dishes, cooks are now serving them.
On Eugène Eugène Sunday’s brunch?
Chouquettes and other viennoiseries, fruit salads and multicolored fresh vegetables, raw fish, savory and sweet pies, scrambled eggs, pieces of meat by the cut, crêpes, waffles… And this is just an overview.
Without forgetting freshly squeezed fruit juices, tea, coffee and even hot cocoa, as for drinks.
As on Eugène Eugène menu, chef Jérémy Mathieu has created all the homemade dishes served for brunch.
As for the vibe, 100% made in France music is played along the Sunday’s brunch.
