Set just across a quiet garden and very close to Bourse du Commerce (soon to house a Pinault artwork collection), it gives onto a street safe from the Parisian hustle and bustle.
On the menu at UNO, classics of the Italian cuisine such as Vitello Tonnato, minestrone, pizzas and fresh pasta including – for instance – lemon and bottarga tagliatelle!
On the summer menu, fresh starters such as snow pea and candied lemon soup with smoked haddock or caramelized walnuts and 24-month ripe parmesan salad.
But from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., it’s aperitivo time at UNO with cocktails such as the Aironegroni, the house’s signature recipe, organic prosecco and nature wines.
In line with the tradition, each drink is served with an appetizer changing with days. Parma ham, parmesan, olives, focaccia, rotolino… it depends on chef Julien Chevallier’s mood.
How about enjoying a quiet moment on UNO terrace to make the best of summer?
