Even though restaurants are closed, Chalet du Lac team comes to you with a new barbecue menu; meat, fish and vegetables are roasted.
As a starter, Chalet du Lac provides you with BBQ-grilled avocado, crab meat, and Tobiko wasabi (€8), Beef Salad with spicy sliced beef, Chinese cabbage, soy, carrots, peppers, cilantro and sesame (€12), Sea bass ceviche, granny smith and passion (€11) or Bell pepper salad with fleur de sel and citrus fruit vinegar and parmesan shavings (€8).
Then, the menu features grilled hanger steak, secrete marinade and served with two-sesame Basmati rice (€14), homemade tenders with two-sesame Basmati rice (€13), and honey, 5-berry soy-marinated salmon served with ginger pickled cauliflower and two-sesame Basmati rice (€16). Homemade burger with sweet spices, pickled cabbages, double cheedar, crunchy onions and honey-mustard sauce is available for €13.
As a dessert, foodies will be able to enjoy shortbread and candied apple tart (€7), milk chocolate cake and crispy salted caramel (€7), traditional and homemade carrot cake (€7), homemade New York cheesecake (€7), and pineapple and lychee tartare (€7).
For lunch, a main course + choice of side + drink set offer is available for €14 including a choice of main courses.
