It’s a young band created in 2017 only, but I’m pretty sure you’ve heard about the Bad Wolves band because of their cover of the Cranberries “Zombie” in 2018 that is still being played on our radios over and over again.
Bad Wolves will (finally!) be in France in 2019. The band will perform on Friday June 21, 2019 at La Maroquinerie. A golden occasion to celebrate World’s Music Day as it should be.
In 2018, the Bad Wolves phenomena hit France. Even though the five American musicians already released singles “Learn to Live” and “Toast to the Ghost” in 2017, it’s their heavy metal cover of the Cranberries “Zombie” that makes them famous.
Originally, the song was said to be a featuring with the Cranberries charismatic singer Dolores O’Riordan, but it finally turned out to be a cover without her as she passed away on January 15, 2018 without having the time to record the single with the band. Bad Wolves decide then to finish the title production in a hurry and release it on January 18, 2018 as a tribute to Dolores O’Riordan, three days after her death.
“Disobey” is the band’s first album and was released in May 2018. And it’s the 13 titles of this first album that Bad Wolves will come to promote live during their Parisian concert.
A piece of advice: don’t miss Bad Wolves live in Paris, you might regret it.
