Gentle Gourmet is a restaurant with great flavors that treat you well with a bistronomic, 100% vegan and homemade cuisine. A true culinary revolution.

This restaurant is as smart as welcoming and likely to make world’s greatest carnivores make up with veganism. Gentle Gourmet is proud to offer vegans and curious a bistronomic and homemade cuisine with no animal-sourced ingredients.

These cooking gentlemen also dare to go further. They are straight able to modify each dish to make it gluten-free should you tell them as soon as possible. How come? Well, these lovers of flavors are well equipped since they keep oleaginous fruits and seeds so that they can replace ingredients that contain gluten.

And worst of all, they take a certain malevolent delight in creating dishes only based on exceptional and fresh ingredients. They whet one’s appetite in such a sneaky way with Le Surprenant (The Surprising), an avocado, del Piquillo pepper and raspberry aspic served with a fennel salad with coffee vinaigrette and a trio of vegan feta. Can you realize?

Then, they make one’s mouth water with the burger named Le Fameux (The Famous) with portobellos, roasted eggplant slice, fresh salad leaf, gribiche and saffron mayonnaise. Even the brioche bread is homemade. As side dishes? Potatoes and other roasted vegetables? Good lord!

They are insolent enough to offer the Golden Milk revisited as a dessert. Can you imagine? A white chocolate dome flavored with coconut containing a duo of mango and pineapple spiced with turmeric and ginger and that is served with diced fresh mango and pineapple and with an exotic coulis.

But that’s not the worst! Here, you are offered floral aperitives and cocktails which composition is mainly organic. A kir based on violet, fig and peach?! A Fleuri (flowered) and its champagne, apricot syrup, peach nectar and orange blossom? That’s enough, they won and we’ll come back!

Why do they make us so addicted to them?
