Discover then many novelties such as the hearty lobster bun, the lemon chicken & buttercorn, the summer veggie gratin, los famosos huevos rancheros con tortillas, or some hot flatbread served with yogurt and chopped pistachio dip. Of course, like for Cali Sisters, all recipes are based on great quality seasonal ingredients, from the best local artisans.

But Vigand Sisters’ classics are also available such as the spring vegetable shakshuka, crispy rice bowl – wild rice, bacon and maple syrup, radish, kale and fresh herb – as well as the smooth meatballs based on ricotta and San Marzano tomato sugo.

Moving on to desserts, enjoy the XXL brioche toast with chocolate-honey ganache and seasonal fruits, the ricotta fritters with yogurt & maple syrup dip to share; without forgetting smoothies and hot drinks, including a newcomer, the coffee shake (espresso shot with almond butter, almond milk and dates).
