Barbanegra, this Parisian terrace set by the Quai de la Râpée is back this summer 2020 for a third season. New this year, Barbanegra calls in Carnage Paris to open temporary restaurant Mature on the barge just next door.

Set across Wanderlust, Mature - as its name suggests it - provides cured meats from French breeds. Because the first job of Carnage Paris is butchering. The company sells meat to restaurants.

At Mature, the temporary restaurant with unobstructed view on the Seine with Mediterranean-inspired vibe, we can find spicy pulled beef, beef meatballs, as well as chuck steak and top round - still of beef - cooked à la plancha... And very tender, obviously.
As for veggies, Mature serves grilled eggplants, a bit of beetroot hummus with Espelette pepper. Without forgetting a more gourmet touch: truffle hummus that smells good and is very tasty.

Down the quay on Barbanegra terrace that looks like  a sea resort, let's enjoy a drink while listening to music. This year, every evening, an artist comes and play live on stage. They will play the most famous soundtrack, along with a giant sing-along.
