Ischia is Cyril Lignac’s latest restaurant that has been recently inaugurated in lieu of his starred restaurant Le Quinzième. On the menu, high quality Italian gastronomy and unusual Mediterranean flavors!

Chef Cyril Lignac starts a new adventure in Paris, opening in July 2021, a brand-new restaurant in lieu of his iconic Le Quinzième restaurant – open since 2005 where the Aveyron chef has been awarded a Michelin star.

Called Ischia – after the Italian island by Naples – this new restaurant by Lignac set in Paris 15th arrondissement is to give pride of place to Italian gastronomy and beautiful Mediterranean flavors in a clean setting designed by studio KO where terracotta hues rub shoulders with raw materials, marble and terrazzo.

On the menu – because this is why you are here – foodies and gourmets can enjoy what makes the very Italian gastronomy: Roman pizzas with thin and crunchy dough, and of course, the staple vitello tonnato to softly start your meal, and fresh pasta coming in high quality recipes such as the jumbo shrimp and foie gras ravioli, pork stew tagliatelle, and ricotta and spinach tortellini.

But if you are into seafood, you will be happy because Ischia serves the most beautiful seafood such as this seabass with virgin sauce, or these pan-seared squids with tomatoes. And to finish on a sweet note, close your eyes and trust chef Cyril Lignac who has nothing left to prove when it comes to pastry with the limoncello baba, the tiramisu, the panna cotta with nuts and honey, and the Piedmont hazelnut ice cream or the classic gelatos!

Without forgetting the lovely terrace, perfect to make the most of sunny days. A one-way ticket to Italy expects you at Ischia!
