The George V invites us to a new culinary experience in its Galerie. For the start of the 2021 season, Chef Alan Taudon has created a new menu that pays tribute to French terroir and savoir-faire. We're back with the essential dishes of French gastronomy, creatively reworked.

La Galerie, located opposite the famous Le George gourmet restaurant in the right wing of the Four Seasons George V Paris palace, has reinvented itself with a new menu that's sure to please.

Settle into one of the many armchairs or banquettes in this 19th-century setting, the heart of the hotel, to enjoy a meal that combines French culinary heritage, creativity and modernity, thanks to the talent ofAlan Taudon.

To refresh his menu, the chef has teamed up with small local producers and market gardeners, nestled just a few kilometers from Paris and carefully selected for the quality of their produce and their responsible approach.

The Fleur de Tourteau et radis (crab and radish flower) is one of our favorite discoveries. Those in search of authenticity will be seduced by the famous leek vinaigrette fondant, candied whole to preserve all its aromas. It is served with an egg and a fine vinaigrette as a condiment.

A particular favorite is theOeuf Parfait, of course, accompanied by mushrooms from the Paris region. Just the right amount of cooking, and a combination that works, it's sure to please.

As for the main course, there are sure-fire favourites such as Coquillettes à la truffe and Croque Prince de Paris, with black truffle and 36-month Comté cheese. The famous blue lobster from Brittany is also on offer. And of course, we've fallen for the divine Croque au bon pain. Probably the best in Paris.

Vegetarians and lovers of healthy dishes alike will opt for the beautiful Ratatouille, which can be gobbled up quickly and has the merit of being prepared with a bouillon of peelings to spoil nothing.

To round off the meal in style, or for a divine snack, we'll fall for Michael Bartocetti's beautiful creations. A talented pastry chef who delights us here with a more than gourmet Paris Brest, a divine Chocolate Soufflé or a crazy Madagascar Vanilla Millefeuille.
