The restaurant x terrace of the Carnavalet Museum awaits you again for a third season. Remember, in previous years, Fabula welcomed Chloé Charles and Thibaut Spiwack, both committed to sustainable and responsible cooking.
This year again, the restaurant-terrace remains on the same line with the arrival, behind the stoves, of a chef equally committed to good eating and ethical cooking: the starred chef Julien Dumas. The famous Michelin-starred chef who already treats us at Bellefeuille, the restaurant of Saint-James Paris.
A responsible and vegetal menu awaits you, with pretty plates composed essentially of local products, fish from responsible fishing and other seasonal vegetables. All this is to be discovered in the evening, in the fabulous courtyard of the French garden which offers an enchanting setting. Here, we forget the starters and main courses, it is plates to share between vegetable, meat and fish that are on the menu.

And for the sweet tooth, the chef Julien Dumas, in collaboration with Jeanne Lecourt, offers us sweet treats, such as :
On the bar and drinks side, the iconic Rémy Savage, crowned best mixologist in the world in 2022, has created a delicate and natural cocktail menu , with or without alcohol. In collaboration with Julien Dumas, they have imagined two menus that blend and echo each other, such as this pea from Ile-de-France, interpreted as a gazpacho with a lovage fountain on the chef's side, and in a fresh blend with French gin and a bitter water on the mixologist's side.
We discover inspired cocktails, such as the Tagetes, the Peas, the Grain, the Shiso and theApricot. In addition, mocktails like the Bergamot and the Lapsang are available for those who prefer a non-alcoholic option.Remy Savage's cocktails add an extra dimension to the experience.
With its subdued lighting and festive atmosphere, Fabula is an exotic terrace restaurant for lovers or friends. An inventive and responsible cuisine, cocktails with wild herbs, here is something to seduce during this spring-summer.
