L'Atelier Entrecôte & Volaille has just opened its doors at 128 rue Réaumur. A privileged address in the 2nd arrondissement of Paris, in the heart of the Sentier district and close to the Place de la Bourse!

A unique formula, perfectly executed

Hubert Lansac, a passionate restaurateur, and his partner Trispan have come up with a unique "double service" restaurant that lets you let go, eat your fill of good meat and enjoy an exclusive sauce with perfect fries!

Choose between quality beef striploin (French origin) or Label Rouge free-range chicken fillet, accompanied by crispy, perfectly-cooked fries of the finest calibre, all topped with l'Atelier's exclusive sauce - the fruit of years of culinary research and trials, the recipe for which remains a well-kept mystery!
