Hubert Lansac, a passionate restaurateur, and his partner Trispan have come up with a unique "double service" restaurant that lets you let go, eat your fill of good meat and enjoy an exclusive sauce with perfect fries!
Choose between quality beef striploin (French origin) or Label Rouge free-range chicken fillet, accompanied by crispy, perfectly-cooked fries of the finest calibre, all topped with l'Atelier's exclusive sauce - the fruit of years of culinary research and trials, the recipe for which remains a well-kept mystery!

The power of l'Atelier lies in its reinvention of a classic bistro dish: a simple plate of good meat and golden fries, served in two parts, so that gourmets can have another helping of meat or fries! A unique formula all year round, with hand-picked ingredients, to accompany a drink!
