In Pigalle, Number 10 combines expertly crafted smash burgers at affordable prices with a lively rock vibe and a hidden tattoo parlor tucked away in the basement. A vibrant spot that makes you want to come back again and again!

Pigalle loves vibrant spots that overflow with energy, and Numéro 10 hits all the right notes: affordable burgers, a 90's rock playlist, a super friendly team, and as a bonus, a hidden tattoo studio tucked away in the basement. Behind this lively chaos, you'll find Sam and Annabelle. He also owns the cocktail bar Lipstick Pigalle just across the street, while she is Australian and a dancer at the Moulin Rouge, just a few steps away.

From the moment you step inside, the vibe instantly draws you in. Exposed brick walls, neon signs, large communal tables for groups of friends, outdoor terrace for sunny days... Number 10 embraces an old-school English pub atmosphere, effortlessly. The venue buzzes all day long, from the morning coffee with coworking to the late-night service, welcoming a changing crowd but maintaining a lively energy — families on Wednesdays, groups of friends in the evening, regulars leaning at the bar throughout the week.

The kitchen follows the same straightforward rhythm, simple, effective, well-executed. The smash burger is the star here, with prices surprisingly friendly for the neighborhood. Burger and fries from just 10€, all without compromising on quality — the French beef comes from a local butcher, the bread is custom-made, the sauces are homemade, and the fries can be traditional or made from sweet potato.

The classic burger, The Jagger, sets the foundation. Brioche bun, smashed beef, cheddar, onions, pickles, secret sauce. But the real fun begins with the possible add-ons for a few extra euros. It’s straightforward: every team member (and every regular) has their own signature recipe!

We decided to try the boss’s signature recipe — no sugarcoating here! — featuring bacon (+€1.50), jalapeños (+€0.50), and grilled pineapple (+€1). If you're often wary of pineapple on pizza, just one piece of advice: give it a shot! The pineapple adds a subtle sweetness that complements the smash burger beautifully. As for vegetarians, they’re not left out — a vegetarian patty is also available for a plant-based twist.

Next up, the drinks menu offers a well-curated selection of craft beers with some delightful surprises, such as a thoughtfully chosen red fruit sour. Don't miss the variety of ciders and wines to enjoy alongside your meal.

For those with a sweet tooth, Anglo-Saxon treats also make an appearance: cookies, muffins, and for the more adventurous, The Bowie (€5), a fluffy brioche bun layered with Nutella, banana, and whipped cream. It’s the perfect fuel before heading downstairs to explore Zach’s tattoo parlor, the resident artist who hosts flash days and art residencies, seamlessly blending into the venue’s rock ’n’ roll spirit!
